TerraIM - TerraIM is an awesome alternative to AIM. It consists of one exe and no installs. It has a lot of features such as logging, tabbed IMs, random fot colors, and many of the most basic AIM features without the bloat. Nifty!!

Middle Man - Used to be a great addon, but now is under sluggish development. The community is great though.

uTorrent - µtorrent is another torrent client, very similar to Azureus. The only difference is that it is much smaller and faster.
